The Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) announces that, based on Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on European Business Statistics, the statistical threshold, which applies from 1/1/2025 to 31/12/2025, above which importers and exporters, are required to submit an Intrastat declaration is formed as follows: INTRA-EU IMPORTS (ARRIVALS): 200,000 € INTRA-EU EXPORTS (DISPATCHES): 90,000 € It should be noted that an Intrastat declaration is submitted for intra-EU imports of goods or/and intra-EU exports of goods if, during the year 2024, the total transactions of intra-EU imports (arrivals) or/and exports (dispatches) of goods exceeded the statistical threshold of the year 2025 or in the event that the total transactions of intra-EU imports or/and exports of goods exceed within the year 2025, the threshold set for the year 2025.
